In DotNetNuke 4.x , ?retrunurl does not work, it is totally ignored.  Using this link href="/Login/tabid/99/Default.aspx?returnurl=/Library/tabid/58/Default.aspx",   the user is always taken to the login page, and after signing in, the user is redirected to the Home page, not the returnurl page.  It makes no difference what I put in Admin > Site Settings > Advanced Settings > Home Page, Login Page, or User Page

Any help appreciated.

AFAIK this is an error, which has been fixed lately, please check out support.dotnetnuke.com for details.
