I am having a hard time with an error on one of our DNN portals.

We have a Google Search Appliance for our enterprise search. Integration with our portal search works well.

We recently purchased a new appliances, configured it exact as the old. When we try to send the query string request to the new appliance, I get this exception: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined. It seems as if the DNN portal cannot resolve the IP address nor the host name of the new appliance. I can access the Google appliance directly from my browser, as well as from the browser on the server where the portal resides. The IP addresses are on the same subnet. I can ping the appliance from the hosting server.

Is there something in DNN that would prevent the portal from being able to resolve the new IP address?

Thanks
