Hi,

Lately i m having a problem with "forget your password" link. No matter what type of users; email address or admin or common users, when clicked to retrieve the password...i get the following message  (as Above): 

Please help.

most likely this is caused by sending emails from your portal is not properly set up. please

  • validate, that test mails are properly sent in Host Settings, Section SMTP Server settings (and received)
  • make sure, that the user, who is specified in Admin :: SIte Settings, does have a valid email address
  • validate, that the admin user's email address is allowed in the SMTP server setup to send emails to mailboxes of external domains.
