I'm attempting to install AFImport, a utility to migrate Active Forums data from 3.7 to 4.0. Unfortunately every time I attempt to install the module I receive the following error:

A critical error has occurred.
Version string portion was too short or too long.

I'm running DNN 5.0.1 and it doesn't work - I also tried before upgrading under DNN 5.0 and it didn't work there either. Here is the manifest:

I am having the same problem with AF Import. Vendor is suggesting it is DNN 5.0.1 issue as it works with all 4.x.x version. I saw this another frum where it said it  is a bug. Can anyone confirm if it is fixed or not.

Thanks

Just a Note for anyone having this problem and can't understand why. One possible area to look at is the fact that DNN seems to do some cross checks on the original dnn module manifest, therefore make sure you manifest name is called the same as the oringal on the upgrade otherwise you'll get this error, even though there is nothing wrong with you version format.
