Whereas the caching of authenticated pages can now be controlled (Ref. http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryId/1885/Disabling-support-for-persistent-cookies.aspx), there seems to be no way to do it for a specific publicly accessible tab. Although I've noticed in most core modules there is a setting like Cache Time(secs) under Page Settings of the module, this seems to target the caching of the module, not the page on which it sits. Moreover, entering a value of 0 here doesn't seem to disable the module cache anyway, as 0 could be anything from 0 to 9999 secs. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

In some cases, it is desirable to disable caching altogether even for a specific publicly accessible (i.e., unauthenticated) tab, but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to do it. Setting meta tags like no-cache, no-store in the page header/footer tag area seems to have no effect. Can't a "No cache" option be incorporated in the Page Settings?
