When I configure my portal to require a password challenge question and answer, I have constant problems forcing password changes and reseting passwords, etc.  I usually get come sort of question not valid or answer not valid error.

Most recently, I cannot add another host account because I am not presented with the password question/answer screen while adding the host account, thus, I cannot add another host account.

How can I resolve this issue?  Supposedly, this is fixed in v5, but I cannot upgrade until one of my modules has been upgraded by the vendor to be operational under v5 (and I have not confirmed that this is actually fixed under v5).

Hi Travis,

There were a number of question and answer-related bugs corrected in 5.0; I suspect (but have not verified) that these corrections will also rectify your issue.  Take a look at DNN-7142DNN-5188, and DNN-8477.  You will have to balance the risks of upgrading to 5.0.1 against your immediate need for this functionality (many would argue to wait for a bit before proceeding, but only you can decide this).  I would also consider deploying a sandbox installation to test that these fixes do actually correct the issue you are observing (and if not, please create an issue in Gemini!).
