there must be a server job or a virus, that clears out the database, there is no such procedure included with DNN.

Our datacenter are using Dedicated server with MS Standard License version and on this server around 250 databases and only the issue occured our with these four databases. Our other databases are running fine.

I dont think there is a virus on the server and if suppose there is a virus then must be they deleted all databases but why only these our four database.

uninstall.sql does not get called by any procedure AFAIK and hasn't been updated for a long time (2005), IMHO it should be excluded from the distribution. Due to this "age", it does not cover all tables, sprocs etc, especially not for all modules installed. There must sth different going on on your server, maybe a restore from an empty state by a scheduled script or whatever.
