Is there a way to execute a SQL command when I page is load?

I have a page, that user finally will get to that page and when they get to that page, I want to update my SQl table that page has been viewed by XYZ user

Can someone give me a hint?

Thanks

You'll likely need to write a custom module to do this, I don't know of any modules that would do this for you.

Chris,

Couldn't you do this with 2 instances of the Reports module?  The first instance on the page updating the SQL table and the last instance being the actual SELECT statement?

You might be able to, though I haven't used the reports module much myself.

If you're proficient with code you could also do this in the Skin file itself, having a custom skin for this page.
