Can a pdf uploaded have qualities like a page, where you have to login to see the file? I thought since it created this url like below that it would have those charateristics. How do I set something like this up?

if you need to secure your files, you need to set  "secure folder inf filesystem" before creating the folder a in admin :: File Manager, specify the permissions for it at the bottom of the page and opload or move the file into.
