You mention the "Apply to all Modules" checkbox you specifically unchecked, however the checkbox I think you really want to uncheck is the "Display Module On All Pages?" setting which can be found under Admin > Site Settings > Module Settings > Advanced Settings section. Try to disable / uncheck this setting and see if the problem still occurs.

Also, if the problem does still exist, please let us know the version of DotNetNuke you're running on your website. This will help tremendously with tracking down the issue and helping you resolve the problem.

Having the same issue. For mine, the original install was 6, but we are now on 08.01.00 (795). This module is set to display on all pages, so when a new page is created for some reason this module duplicates itself like a DNN bunny! Sometimes once, sometimes 4 times. Any suggestion?

are you using a single language site or a site configured for content localization?
Are you using DNN Platform (current release: Version 8.0.0) or Evoq Content?

Evoq Content Basic, 08.01.00 (795). I believe its single site language as i do not see a page setting option for that aside from vaugley remember seeing i in the host/admin area.
