Hello!

platform: DNN 4.x.x

VWD2005EXEdition

The problem is, after new user has filled out a reg form, and clicked register button

a wierd error occuerd:

An error has occurred.
Error: Register is currently unavailable. 

but actualy user has registerd.

any solutions?

Hi,

I got the same Error. I use DNN 4.0.2 with the Language Pack en-US (default) and the additional de-DE.

After user registration ger the error "Error: Register is currently unavailable" (same error for a German user) but the user registration suceeds.

There is another guy with the same error:

Are you using additional language Packs as well ?

2. are there more detailed error descriptions in your event log.

--> the post I replied is from "Posted: 06 Apr 06 3:03 PM" and for actual version "platform: DNN 4.x.x" (please see original post). I use DNN 4.0.2.

--> If this behaviour occurs as well in previous versions: Where can I get the information to solve this ? Thanks in  advance for details.
 
Your Point 2: "are there more detailed error descriptions in your event log"
--> there is no entry (Windows Eventlog and DNN Log)

Has anyone got a solution to this?

I'm receiving the same issue: DNN 4.x.x, registration completes but an error is displayed saying that the registration is unavailable at this time.

Frustrating...
