My site is the first and only portal on a DNN 5 install, the server is Windows 2008.

The problem i'm having is if I do not access the site for a small amount of time, the first try to get through to the site redirects to /Install/UnderConstruction.htm after about 60 - 80 seconds. It does not matter what page I try for first entry, it always redirects to this page.. However if i retry the original URL, the page returns correctly..

An Install of DNN 4 on the same server however does not have the same problem, Although first access does take about the same time..

This is causing problems even with Google and Yahoo, as the site maps submitted are tested before the site is indexed... and the testing returns the follwing

URLs not followed
When we tested a sample of URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs redirect to other locations. We recommend that your Sitemap contain URLs that point to the final destination (the redirect target) instead of redirecting to another URL. Help Help

This problem is also affecting some of our clients sites... And a Paying Client does not like to be told that to get to the site you need to click twice... Most will think that the site is genuinely offline and simply move on to somewhere else...

Does any one have any ideas ????
