I know this is probably a dumb question.  But frankly it is bothering the heck out of me.

On my DNN site (www.elemental-learning.com) the logo in the upper left corner appears correctly with a transparent background on some machines, but when I go to the site from other machines the background is grey and it looks bad.  Why is that?

The desired look is that the logo will have a transparent background and thus will just float nicely on top of the skin.  No grey background.

If you go to my site, I am referring to the light bulb logo with the company name next to it.

when trying to browse to your side, all I get is a redirection to http://www.webhost4life.com/firewall.htm

Your graphic is a PNG file and not every browser supports PNG transparency correctly (IE 6 for example, shows the gray background on the image).

Why not simply change the background color of that image to match the dark blue color?
