Sorry if this has been answered a million times, if it has I haven't been able to find the posts.

I just want to use paypal and have DNN take care of taking payments for hosting and keeping peoples accounts up to date.
I'm not sure how so set this up on the host side, or how the portal admins will go about paying once it is setup.  I can set the expiration
date on a portal but what happens when that day comes?  Does the portal go down, get suspended or deleted?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris,

Sorry, i don't quite understand your questions.

1) Do you mean that you use DNN to create a website for your web hosting business and wanted to setup Paypal to receive payments from your clients?

If this is the case, you need a third party billing software to help you to manage all the clients payment preferences. A good application such as WHMCS are one of my suggestions for you to solve your problem. You can view it at http://www.whmcs.com for more information.

2) Or you are saying that you want your own hosting account payment to be automated using Paypal to pay your web hosting provider?

Most probably, you can set your hosting payment preferences to be "automated renew hosting plan" within your hosting control panel. You can always consult your hosting provider regadring this matter.
