In my environment, there are multiple administrators managing the site.  We need to be able to audit their activities.  I have looked and searched for the ability to log any user account changes, especially those performed by individuals other than the account owner.  I've found where to add the logging for password retrievals and such, but it doesn't indicate whether password changes are logged.  I have tested this scenario, and I do not have any entries on the event logs for this activities.  Am I missing something?

And, if this isn't available, can someone point me in the correct direction for adding it to the core?
