I setup a test portal a while back (test.domain1.com) and now am in the processes of moving it over from the old HTML site to my DNN 4.9 site.

I added domain2.com, and www.domain2.com to my Admin-Site Settings-Portal Aliases, and also added them in the appropriate places in ISS, however, now I want to either move down in the list, and eventually remove temp.domain1.com from the list. After adding the two actual domains, (domain2.com) I can not edit or change the temp.domain1.com alias.

I don't think you can change/remove any portal alias that you're using to view the "Site Settings" page. Look at your browser's address bar and use the other portal alias you want to keep in order to modify the settings.

That certainly did it, I was still using the old testing bookmark while waiting for the new domain to propigate over, and was trying to work too far ahead. Thanks for the fast response!
