Hi, I updated from 4.9.2. to 4.9.3 and now I can't edit the Global and Shared resource files any more.
When I hit the update button I get the error: "A File Operation Failed. Please Check Resource File Permissions So Files Can Be Edited.". I have done this and all the permissions are set OK: Network Service has full access.

My server runs on IIS 6.0 with SQL 2005.  Any suggestions?
