Hi all

How can i stay my dnn4 site keep alive ?

I dont want a local Windows Service, (my site is hosted)

I dont want it down every 20min.

Any solution ? Any free module ?

A very easy solution is to use KeepAliveForever to ping your site. It's a nice service, and free (although taking donations).

Simply register and enter your site as such: http://www.mydomain.com/keepalive.aspx. This will keep your site up while not cluttering your site log.

I use a tool called WebKeepAlive available on snowcovered.com. Very functional

thanks all but i was looking for a free think because i'm in new devlpt tests...

keepalive seems ok, but no control on the things... ;(

I also use WebKeepAlive.  You can control quite a bit with this application including the passing of parameters, multiple urls, timers, keep records, get notified on failed events, etc.

You might be in a test environment but you should consider getting this or a similar product.
