I am currently having an issue when I enable web farm support, as soon as I set the "/configuration/appsettings/enableWebFamrSupport" to True from False , I get a service unavailable error on my dnn web page . (I believe the app pool failed).

If any one can help me out here, I would really appreciate the help

Hi Robert,

I have been following the above pdf but as soon as complete the first step, I recieve the error that I reported above. I am not clear why completing the following " The new setting is stored in the “/configuration/appSettings/EnableWebFarmSupport” node. The default value is “false”.Set this value to “true” to enable web farm support." results in the service unavailabel error in my browser.

Hi Delta01,

Can you please tell me if the "<key name"enableWebFarmSupport" value="True" />" element was already in the web.config or you had to add it to the web.config file.

I am confused as I dont see it in thweb.config file. I am using DNN 5.0 Community edition.

Please help.

Thanks,
Cole
