Im using DNN 4.9.3 on a Windows Server 2008 box with IIS 7 installed.

Everything is working fine except for access on my local network. If i go to another machiene on my local network i get a 403 access denied error. If i try to go to http://[server IP]/dotnetnuke it redirects me to http://localhost/dotnetnuke, which is where nothing is located. I have setup the permissions for the NETWORK SERVICE account.

On my server if i try to go to http://localhost an ISS error about the default document not being set. I have set it up as default.aspx. Do you need to supply a directory structure for this? I can go to http://localhost/dotnetnuke with no problems at all.

Any suggestions?

You need to add an alias for the server's IP address. If logged in as Admin you should be able to add one under Admin->Site Settings. If logged in as Host you can do it under Admin->Site Settings or under Host->Portals.

I tried adding the host ip (192.168.1.200) and the server name. Neither are working.

enter "[machine name]/dotnetnuke" or "[IP address]/dotnetnuke" for your additional portal alias.
