Hi,

It is required to create two version of a small website in English and Arabic. The special thing about Arabic, It is RTL(Right To Left). I have got the language resourse pack and installed it. I tried to solve it in two ways,

1. I created a Child site with Arabic support in my Host area  and provide the hyperlink on home page of each site  for opposite site. The problem occur, when i logon from English site and navigate to Arabic site, It is shown that i am not logged in. It can be resolved if someone click on Remin my Password on logon, but it is not a practical way.

2. I have installed and enabled the arabic language on my English site. Here everything goes fine. Except two things,

a) How the Tab Names in Menu will be tranlated to Arabic Names, as names are coming from DB e.g.Home remains as Home in Arabic site. But Admin and Host is changing to Arabic text.

b) With default DNN skin in 4.09 version, the RTL is not working 100%. Like the menu is not Aligned Right when language is changed to Arabic and Places of Breadcrum and Login Status controls must be changed, althogh the orientation does change.

Can any body help me.??

MesSer, Thanks for quick response.

I already viewed your skin pack on snowcovered. But i could not see any difference in Tab Text when you change language to US to IL. The menu text remain unchanged. Though other orientations and object positions are mirrored.

Kindly give me solution on it.

Thanks.

Localization and RTL direction for dnn are two different problems. My skin solve second from them

Dinamic content localization is not supported by DotNetnuke core.

But you can use DSLocalizator Package or modules from Apollo-Software

Actually i am trying to resolve my problem either by using Localization concept or by creating a seperate portal with RTL support.

I have one issue in scanario when i use two separate portals ( one US-En and other Ar), when i create user in English site it has access to only English site. Is it possible to do the task to create users in both portals. May be it is possible with writing custom provider.
