Hello;

I have dnn successfully installed on vista with iis 7.0 and sql server 2008.  I have searched all day for a simple first module but there seems to be a lot of junk on the web. All I want to do is create a control that does not require database logic.

Heck, I can't figure out how to create a simple control that displays the date and time.  All I really need is a view with code behind.  Is that possible?

Are there any good sites that provide good quality tutorials that are free or inexpensive?

Although no one replied, I just wanted to add that I am a dork and that I figured it out on my own.  It appears that patience sometimes trumps knowledge. :)
