I am trying to setup site editors for my DNN 5 install. I have a group for editors, which has a role called Page Creator.

I have went into the pages and under admin --> Pages --><edit> and have added Page creator role for view and edit rights.

When I go in as an editor it says I do not have rights to view or am not logged in.

So I thought I might need edit rights to the admin page, but same thing.

Any suggestions, is there a special way to get the role setup, so the user can just go to the pages tab and have rights to add new pages etc, but not rights to things like site settings etc.

Thanks

The ironic part is when they are on the error page, it will allow them to use the control panel to add pages, change setting for the pages tab, etc. They just can't organize them / see the hierarchy part.

Yeap, both the page and the module have the role added.

In my DNN 5.0.2(? latest) I do not have Admin>Languages (so no language editor) and no host>Authentication (so can't set up Live ID).
