hi its nimish.

i m new in DNN .i have downlaod the codes for dnn 04.09.03 version.

I want to make one student portal fro the students.

How can i started,Could someone please help.

How can i configure and install in the server.

or I have to make locally and than have to upload to the server.

I have done a demo website from dnn website .its gud to manage.

please some one so the steps from start to uploading the website.

Hi Nimish.

Here is a document on how to install DNN. It's a little outdated but you can make it with it.

What you need is a Windows 2003 Server (at least a VistaBox is possible as well) each with dotNet 2, a SQL-Server (SQL Express is ok, as it is free) and the install package.

The rest is in the document and if you go page by page you should be able to make it up and running.

Hi Nimish,

Give this a try.  I haven't had to use a installation guide for a while, but this one seems to give you the information you need.  If someone knows of a better guide, please advise.
