I have checked the 'Require a valid Profile for Registration' under User Settings. When I have a private registration via admin this Add New User screen takes the core info but never requires or shows the required profile fields. If I have registration set to public these fields do show for those not logged in a registering but  the admin view is the same as before. I would like the admin's view to be the same as the public registration in regards to seeing these required profile fields on an add.  I am running DNN 5.0 but have same issue with DNN 4.9.1.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Regards,

Dave

As far as I know this is not something that is possible, the admin interface is separate from the users interface, and it only requires the core fields for input.

AFAIK this is by design, because the default use case for required properties is to request the user to fill it in either on registration or when he loggs in the first time after the proerty has been set to required. This allows you, to request users to agree to changed Terms of use etc.
