http://www.dnncreative.com/Localhosttolivewebsite/tabid/348/Default.aspx
to know how i can upload it to live website and i did all steps
but after i finished and try to browse my web site i get this error message

Must declare the scalar variable "@PortalID".
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

You can use my presentation from Tulsa TechFest to make sure all steps were completed. Did you use a clean database for your new web site? If nothing else, start over with a new installation package and database to make sure all is good. You should be able to get the clean instance up and running, as long as DNS is configure correctly.

Are you able to insatll the new files pointing to the new database, or do you get this error when trying to connect the first time?

Not sure if this will help but you can attempt to install the DNN BackItUp Module which is free on your localhost installation.  This will backup your entire site including database into a zip file.  Unzip the file, upload the files, and use the included .bak file to restore your database.

Just a thought.
