I am using DNN 4.3 , Have Memember Management module installed  which was working fine. suddenly it starts showing this error whenever i try to execute/export excell or xml file from it

"The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data. "

Please help me. I dont know how to get rid of this error. Thanks in advance/
