Help on http://help.godaddy.com/article/4869 states "6.In the Portal Alias field, enter the secondary domain name from step one and your DotNetNuke installation folder. For example anothercoolexample.com\dnn." but I get the error "The Portal Name Must Not Contain Spaces Or Punctuation."

What am I doing wrong?

If I drop the \dnn, and only have  anothercoolexample.com the creation process runs fine, but DNN doesn't recongnize the portal when called/surfed and the orginal portal is displayed instead by default. 

Child portals can be created okay, but then I have the messy URL to contend with instead of the nice anothercoolexample.com domain reference.

Help.  What is going on here?

Here's one method of getting rid of that subfolder name on a GoDaddy account without moving your installation into the root folder:

Please note that I've not yet attempted multiple portals/sites on the same DNN installation under GoDaddy hosting using this method of dropping the subfolder name so I can't say whether this solution also supports use of multiple portals.
