Good Afternoon -

I'm having trouble with DotNetNuke when logging in as administrator and trying to view the users account page "K" or page 11. Not sure what they would be. I'm getting a "Server Error in '/' Application. So I enabled debugging and got the following results. "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." It says the source file is C:\Inetpub\Extranet\Admin\Users\Users.ascx on line 51. We are using DotNetNuke Version 3.1.0 and .NET Framework version 1.1.4322.2407. If you need further information please let me know. We are kind of stuck at this point.

quite possibly thats a bug. However, dnn 3.1.0 is a verry old version of the application, so this issue will not be solved for you, and chances are it is solved in later versions. Have you tried upgrading the application?

Okay I've now downloaded both 4.09.04 and also 5.01.00.  I can't seem to find any instructions on how to upgrade my installation.  I'm running the application off of one server and the SQL database off of another server.  Both Servers are running Windows 2003.  What do I need to do?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
