Hi,

I'm using a DNN 4.9.4 portal and my captcha is showing a red 'x'.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

THanks

Jerry

Hi Jerry,

Which page are you referring to - the Signup page?

Do you use PageBlaster perhaps?

Has it always done this or just started doing suddenly?

Are there any errors in your Event Log?

Hi,

It's doing it regardless of any page that uses the captcha...Signup page, login page,  Active Modules forums that uses it in the reply...I've checked with AM and they looked at my portal and think that its a portal issue.

I don't use Page Blaster and I think this started since I upgraded to 4.7.0....I'm on 4.9.4 and I was hoping that the upgrades would clear up this issue but they have not.

I get the following error in the log:

do you have compression enabled in host settings? If so, can you try turning that off?

Hi

I do not have compression on.  It shows "No Compression".
