Ive been using HouseMenu module for quite sometimes, I upgraded my DNN website 4.8.6 to 4.9.4 .

When i tried to copy page, the option to copy module for HouseMenu is grey'd out. its only for HouseMenu module, not all modules.

I know this not about DNN, but can i know whats trigger DNN to grey'd out the copy option? so maybe i can customize HouseMenu module to be compatible to 4.9.*

Thanks in advance

Only modules supporting iPortable interface can be copied, otherwise you may create an additional page reference (Same as "add existing module" in Control panel) or create new blank module instance.
