Is there a way to remove the hyperlink on the username so users won't be able to go click and edit their profile? Not sure if its something to edit on the skins page or at the source level. I'm using AD authentication with auto-login so there's no reason for users to be able to mess with their profile. It would be nice if they can just see their username.

The [USER] token add the link. If you don't want the link you will have to create your own user control to register in your skin without the link. I would copy the default control, <%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="USER" Src="~/Admin/Skins/User.ascx" %>, and create your own.
