I recently set a portal up using DNN 4.02 at localhost/DotNetNuke/ with a custom skin which works correctly. I then set a virtual directory that points to this address and added the name of the virtual directory to the list of aliases for the portal in question.

After changing web.config so that the site would refresh it's cache and redirect properly I could view the site at the new address. However, on half of the pages it claims that it can't load the skin I have selected for the container, which is odd as all the pages use the same container skin. If I view the site back at localhost/DotNetNuke/ all the pages work correctly.

Any idea why this is happening? Anyone dealt with this before?

Thanks in advance.
