I am Using Dnn 4.8.4

My Application got ShutDown suddenly , and it created app_offline.html file inside the root folder .

And in Events it displays "The AppDomain shut down because of a change to the application level configuration."

How to know what application level was Configured  that made Application to ShutDown

There is not any function that I am aware of inside of DotNetNuke that would have created the app_ofline.htm file.  My guess is that the application shutdown is DUE to the app_offline.htm file.

Yes I agree because of app_offline.htm , my application got shutdown .

But no one  added the file , the file gets created automatically by Dnn .

My query is  in which scinerio the file will gets added automatically by Dnn .
