The default chat module works great in IE and Firefox, but it bombs in Safari (and according to someone else, Chrome).

I found one chat module on Snowcovered (MesserChat) that works on just about everything except Safari.  And Ventrian's ShoutBox works OK on Safari, but has two other problems for me: it reloads the entire page on post, and has a slow update speed (messages can take 5 sec or more).  I haven't tried OnyakTek's chat module, but it's got so many bells & whistles that I don't need that I wasn't sure it was worth it.

So any suggestions?  Any other experiences?

In case it matters, I'm using DNN 5.1.
