 I want to add new extra field in Add new User page.

Is it possible if yes then how?

You may add a field to the user profile (and cofigure profile required during registration, being shown beneath the user data) but not user data itself.

Login as Admin or Superuser ("host"), go to Users in Admin menu, click "Manage Profile Properties" and cklick "add". Fill in name, type, group name etc. and save the property. If a new property is required and in same module within "User Settings" the option "require valid profile for login" is enabled, the user needs to fill in a value for this property on next login.
