Hi there,

I currently need to add dynamic / server side fnctionality to the FCK editor pages. Most of these (like the Image Properties pages) are HTML, thus I've created aspx versions of these added the following to the top of the page

<%@ Control Language="VB" AutoEventWireup="false" Inherits="DotNetNuke.UI.Containers.Container" %>

and the following condition to test I can determine if someone is an admin (I'm going to set some textboxes to readonly depending on user role)

 <%
If PortalSecurity.IsInRoles(PortalController.GetCurrentPortalSettings.AdministratorRoleName) Then
  Response.Write("hello world")
End If
%>

Now all JS references and links point correctly to my new page however I'm getting the following error:

Parser Error Message: 'DotNetNuke.UI.Containers.Container' is not allowed here because it does not extend class 'System.Web.UI.Page'.

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?

If you need to modify FckEditor integration, create a custom version of the FckEditor provider. Source code is available on codeplex.
