OK lets start a fusion program. We pay Corp $99 yearly and we get the privilege to add issues in the public area.

 and lets say $4999 and we get the privilege to add issues in all projects. I think this should be a win win solution.

Before this disgresses any further I just wanted to thank everyone for quickly jumping on this topic and supporting the idea.  It is nice to be heard.  Also, regarding your digression above, thanks for making me laugh out loud.

I have a Upgrade directoy with all the files that I have to RE-overwrite after each upgrade. I hope this makes it into the core one day ;)

Nik's solution is (as usual) very clever, but my DNN install is getting far too many hacks in it so I  will stick to the manual copy method for now!
