I am running a DNN 4.9.3 site with 11 portals., each with a different portal alias.

I have been able to navigate to all of the portals via their portal aliases just fine.

Today I changed one of the portal's names, and gave it a new portal alias, removing the old one.

Now when I try to navigate to the portal via the new alias, I get a 404 Page Not Found error.

Yet when I use the old portal alias, it works!

I've restarted the website, re-touched web.config, and cleared the server cache. The problem still occurs.

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance-

Jason

It may sound trivial but did you try to restart the application?

Yes, it's in the same format as the others. Does DNN support more than 10 aliases ?

Yes, I tried that and it still doesn't work.

Does DNN support more than 10 aliases?
