I'm using the out of the box DNN 5.01.01 Community Edition profile and registration.

  1. I have set my payment processor to point to my PayPal sandbox account (http://sandbox.paypal.com) with my test Account's ID and Password.
  2. I then set up a Security Role to charge $100 per year and made it a public role.
  3. Next, I logged in as a user and tried to subscribe to that role.  When I click Subscribe, it does not take me to PayPal's site.  It takes me to my home page.
  4. I logged back in as an Admin and added the user to the role. 
  5. I then logged in as the user was subscribed.  When I unsubscribed, it took me to PayPal.

Is this a bug or am I not set up correctly? 

Also what do I need to do with PayPal's IPN (Instant Payment Notification)?  Which page do I point that to on my site?

It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.
