Problem resolved, it's the lack of Default Language in the Admin > Site Settings > Advanced > Other section. Kind of surprised this made it through to release. Any ETA on an update to address this?

Any idea what I would do in the situation above when I don't have any default languages to pull down in the language setting?  I definitely have the issue described but no way that I know of to fix it.  I am very new to DNN.
