When I have created a page in dotnetnuke I have “page Name” and  “Page title” now the problem that the dotnetnuke take whatever I but as “page Name” in the menu and in the URL as well. Now if I dealing with language like other than English I will end with URL that include Page Name with language is entered.

Some menu systems for DNN will allow you the choice between page title and page name for the menu items.  If you do this, you can have your page name in english (for the urls) and you will have the page title (in menus, breadcrumbs etc) in the language of your choice.  Have a look through the features of different menu systems for DNN and see if one will suit.

You can also check out my Url Master module (link below in signature) which will allow you to assign a completely different Url to the page, so that you can keep the page name in your language, and create a separate english-version Url for the page.  You will have to do this for every page, though, so that solution might not suit.
