After upgrading from 4.x to 5.x, a few quirks appeared - mainly a bunch of long-ago deleted modules.  One in particular is a "Media" module without any controls appearing.  Can anyone help me with the SQL needed to remove it? (via SQL module).  Here is the pertinent rendered HTML:

<a name="596"></a><div id="dnn_ctr596_ContentPane" class="DNNAligncenter"><!-- Start_Module_596 --><div id="dnn_ctr596_ModuleContent" class="DNN_MediaContent">
<div style='width:100%' align='Middle'><img src='/LinkClick.aspx?link=hrpdc.bmp&tabid=116&mid=596' Align='Middle' Width='632px' Height='80px' alt='HRPDC' title='HRPDC' border='0'/></div>
</div><!-- End_Module_596 --></div>
