Is there a way of giving a user rights to administer the portal users, without giving them the administrator role?

I've looked but can't find a setting anywhere, so if anyone knows a way I'd be extremely grateful (in my mission to ban unneccesary administrators from my site!)

In DNN 5 you can give any user access to the admin modules, by placing an admin module on a page that user has edit rights on.

For your task that would be the "user and roles" module, but I have to admit I never tried it with that module.

Should be working though.
