Trying to import module on a new 4.9.5 install.  I have created a few modules, copied over to server, but when clicking Host > Module Definitions > Import Module Definition, the page comes up blank with no error message.  We followed the updage steps from 4.3.7, and all modules worked in 4.3.7.  We are re-creating our modules rather than take directly from 4.3.7.  In 4.3.7, there was a Manifest section we could see the module name copied over that we wanted to install.  Don't see that in 4.9.5.

Ideas?  Help please.  Thanks.
