If I make a change to an HTML module, the changes are shown on both my web servers (DNN 4.9.5, 1 db, 2 web servers).  BUT if I make a host or admin change it takes a very long time for a change made on one server to get to the other (like a day or so)  So if I add a new page, for example, it only appears on one server for quite a while, creating problems.  I've cleared my browser cache, cleared server cache, restarted Nuke application. Could this be an IIS issue with caching possibly or something else?  Thx for any help.

Is this a web farm?  Are you using any method to synch the systems?  Have you restarted the app to see if it got paicked up immediately, confirming a caching issue?
