If the search module is being used in DNN is there any way to exclude certain pages on the site from being indexed?

Not that I'm aware of.  I customized the search a bit and added that functionality, but the default searches all "visible" pages for the user.

From Eck Two, there is a nice little free module UsearchModule, you may use to enable/disable modules from being included in search index (yes, this really would be a nice enhancement for dnn core framework as well).

you may download USearchModule from www.dnnportal.de

Not to revive an old thread, but DNN Corp. this has been a needed feature in DNN Search for a very long time.

Not being able to control what does and doesn't get included in the DNN search is a major weakness in the platform.
