 I wanna know how can I change the language of my dnn terms and condition of use...That's strange because The main title is in Spanish and when I click on, all the text appears in English...

the text of terms and conditions is part ot the language pack you installed. You can translate it yourself by going to Admin>Languages, select spanish as language and click on global_resources. One of the entries should be the terms and conditions text.
