I tried the "Repair" on the Network Solutions menu, but it didn't fix the problem.

I sent Network Solutions a trouble ticket and they responded: "We have performed maintenance on your package, however if the issue persists we recommend contacting DotNetNuke support."  I don't know what they mean by "maintenance".  Network Solutions only provides support for installation and accessibility of open source applications.  They don't have any plans to update beyond DotNetNuke version 4.9.0.

My last option is to "Reinstall" and then restore the website from backup.  I've backed up both the website pages and the database and saved them not only on Network Solution servers but also on my desktop hard drive.
