I have an sql .mdb file on the dotnetnuke app server - I wish to import these tables/relationships in the DB to the dotnetnuke DB so I can then use the form and list module to place the existing fields in this existing DB's tables onto a page?

Is it possible to do this or am I limited to manually adding all these fields in through the forms and list module?

I am evailuation dotnetnuke and i have sql express installed.

Thanks and let me know.

sorry, accessing existing tables is not supported by FnL module. you either need to create a custom module or use a 3rd party generic module to access these tables (you may contact me for a solution: leupold (at) gamma-concept.de).
